  • How long does a delivery take?

Delivery time depends on de size of de order en any external factors such as busy periods, holidays en vacation periods.

We have an average delivery time between de en 15 working days.

 

  • Can orders be picked up?

We have recently started offering Belgian customers de option of picking up your order. This is possible at the earliest 48 hours after de order date en must always be confirmed from our side. For urgent orders you can always send a mail to [email protected].  

 

  • Can the order still be modified afterwards?

We process orders fairly quickly, usually as early as de first business day after you place your order. If you would like to change an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can still make de necessary changes, if possible. Of course, if de order has already left, we can no longer adjust it.

 

  • I want to (re)order a product that is not (any more) in stock.

Outlet products we offer with limited stock. When de stock of such a product is exhausted, we usually cannot offer it anymore. When considering a purchase of an outlet product, do not wait too long if you want to enjoy the offer because some products sell out quickly.

  • Why are transport costs charged?

Tiles still have a certain weight, which increases transport de . Therefore, for orders under 200 EUR to Belgium, Luxembourg en France, we charge an additional transport cost of 25 EUR. To the Netherlands en Germany, we charge an additional cost of 50 EUR for orders de 250 EUR.

For sample orders, we assume de transportation cost en you do not have to pay shipping.

There is no delivery charge for sample orders. 

  • Why is an Outlet product cheaper? Is such a product still in good condition?

Outlet products can be offered more cheaply because these are products that leave the standard range. Also products that are fully suitable for sale, but that slightly deviate from the standard range are offered here (e.g. a different size or slightly different shade compared to a standard product). As such, the products are in good condition without damage and there are no colour deviations within 1 production lot.

 

  • Can the products be seen in a showroom?

Our own showroom is open to professional customers en appointment only. Our products are offered in various DIY en professional stores. You can find a dealer list at the top right of our site dumaplast

You can also very easily order samples if you wish to see a specific colour via our webshop. No extra delivery costs are charged for such orders. You can order samples of standard products which you can then purchase through our distributors.

 

  • Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France en Germany. We do not yet deliver in other countries.

Note: Currently, de to UK are no longer possible due to difficulties with de due to Brexit. Contact us to find our products locally.

 

  • Who runs de webshop?

You buy your product directly from de manufacturer Dumaplast. We are a Belgian company en make all plastic products ourselves in Belgium. De products do not come from Asia or other low-wage countries.

 

  • Are there extra discounts for large quantities?

We already give very nice discounts in our Outlet-shop. An extra discount for large quantities is therefore not possible.

 

  • I want to order as a company en this company is located abroad. How is de de refund arranged?

If you wish to place an order as a taxable company abroad within de en you have a valid VAT number, it is best to contact us directly. Then we can handle this more smoothly. Contact details below.
