  • How long does a delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the size of an order. An order under 10 packs of wall tiles or 6 packs of floor tiles we deliver via courier and then the delivery is usually within 5 working days and usually faster, depending on the destination. From 10 packs of wall tiles or 6 packs of floor tiles, we send the goods by pallet for optimal transport and protection. These deliveries take longer and from the moment this leaves our warehouse, it is delivered within 10 working days depending on the destination. Please allow for possible delays during busy periods such as Black Friday, holidays and vacations. 

 

  • Can orders be picked up?

We have recently started offering the option to pick up your order. This is possible at the earliest 48 hours after the order date and must always be confirmed from our side. For urgent orders you can always send a mail to [email protected].  

 

  • Can the order still be modified afterwards?

We process orders fairly quickly, usually as early as the first business day after you place your order. If you would like to change an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can still make the necessary changes, if possible. Of course, if the order has already left, we can no longer adjust it.

 

  • I want to (re)order a product that is not (any more) in stock.

We offeroutlet products with a limited stock. When the stock of such a product is exhausted, we usually cannot offer it anymore. If you are considering a purchase of an outlet product, do not wait too long if you want to take advantage of the offer, as some products sell out quickly.

  • Why are transport costs charged?

Our suits weigh a lot, so the transport costs are quite high. That is why we charge an additional transport cost of 25 EUR for orders below 200 EUR. This charge is not applicable for orders above 200 EUR. 

There is no delivery charge for orders of samples. Please note that orders with less than 4 samples are sent by regular postal service and therefore have a longer delivery time.

 

  • Why is an Outlet product cheaper? Is such a product still in good condition?

Outlet products can be offered more cheaply because these are products that leave the standard range. Also products that are fully suitable for sale, but that slightly deviate from the standard range are offered here (e.g. a different size or slightly different shade compared to a standard product). As such, the products are in good condition without damage and there are no colour deviations within 1 production lot.

 

  • Can the products be seen in a showroom?

Our own showroom is open to professional customers by appointment only. Our products are offered in various DIY and professional stores. You can find a dealer list at the top right of our site www.dumaplast.com.

You can also very easily order samples if you wish to see a specific colour via our webshop. No extra delivery costs are charged for such orders. You can order samples of standard products which you can then purchase through our distributors.

 

  • Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany. We do not yet deliver to other countries.

Note: Currently deliveries to UK are not possible due to difficulties with customs due to Brexit. Please contact us to find our products locally.

 

  • Who runs the webshop?

You buy your product directly from the manufacturer Dumaplast. We are a Belgian company and make all plastic products ourselves in Belgium. The products do not come from Asia or other low-wage countries.

 

  • Are there extra discounts for large quantities?

We already give very nice discounts in our Outlet-shop. An extra discount for large quantities is therefore not possible.

 

  • I want to order as a company and this company is located abroad. How is the VAT refund arranged?

If you wish to place an order as a taxable company abroad within the EU and you have a valid VAT number, it is best to contact us directly. Then we can handle this more smoothly. Contact details below.
